Metamorphosis Movement is a flow troupe that has been together since January 2020. Dani Nichole and Breanna Toney started Metamorphosis Movement right before the quarantine and had a huge struggle trying to figure out how to keep it going. During the quarantine we would do live streams of different types of classes and different videos to keep the flow community in Charlotte and all over active. Metamorphosis Movement has performed for artists such as; Meduso, Feelmonger, Ivy Lab, Kirby Bright, Cut Rugs, and more! Metamorphosis Movement goal is to show art through flow and fire through the journey of life.
